If the reservation is cancelled less than 24 hours prior to check in time at the motel, one night rate plus taxes will apply as a penalty.

We are located on the south side of Big River, SK right off Highway 55. The town is situated on the West side of the Prince Albert National Park and the area is home to many surrounding lakes and quad/snowmobile trails. Timberland Motel offers a variety of rooms and we have a few serviced RV spots as well, so come and check us out in the thriving town of Big River.
